SHIPPING
Postage is a flat rate of $10 on all orders placed within Australia.
All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. As I am a small batch maker, sometimes I make candles to order so cannot guarantee same day shipping. If you require your candle as a gift, or need it by a certain date, please contact me at hello@loveambercandleco.com.au to ensure I can fulfil this for you.
Once shipped, please allow 2-8 business days for your order to arrive. Please note: There may be postage delays due to COVID-19 pressure within the Australia Post network.
All of my candles are sent via Standard Australia Post with tracking. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details. Love Amber Candle Co. cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to address errors. Additional product costs and shipping charges may apply if if this occurs.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please contact me, Amber, at hello@loveambercandleco.com.au to report that a parcel has not arrived within seven (7) days of a lapsed expected arrival date.
RETURNS
I package all of my products with care so they are suitable for posting. Should your candle arrive damaged, please email hello@loveambercandleco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your candle with a description of the damage and a photo. I will provide return details upon receipt of your email.
Each of my candles are poured by hand and I carefully inspect each one before it is packed into a candle box and then again before I package it up to post to you. Every care is given to the production of my candles and faults are rare, but if you receive a faulty product or something seems amiss please email me at hello@loveambercandleco.com.au so that I can rectify it for you.
If a return for damaged and/or faulty goods has been offered to you, then the candle and packaging must be returned in an unused condition (ie; candle not lit) unless approved by me in accordance with your photographic evidence describing the fault/damage. Failure to do this will deem the fault/damage inquiry invalid and will result in the return of the product to you and may incur additional shipping charges.
Faulty/damaged items will be replaced / refunded within 48 hours.
I love my fragrance range and its important to me that you do as well so whilst I don't offer refunds for change of mind. I will happily exchange your candle for another fragrance in my collection if the one you have chosen is not to your liking.
Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase and is not available on candles purchased on sale.
Please email hello@loveambercandleco.com.au with your order number and the new fragrance you would like to receive. I will reply with stock availability and return details.
Please do ensure that the candle is returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition. If there is damage to the packaging and/or product I will not be able to accept the exchange.
Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer but I will cover the postage cost to send your new candle to you.
